RF::RobotConnect

RF::ABBConnect | RF::FANUCConnect | RF::KUKAConnect

RF::RobotConnect is the connection to virtual or real robot controllers of the RF::Suite. RF::RobotConnect makes it easy to connect to real or virtual robot controllers.

This enables the integration of virtual robot controllers into the virtual commissioning. RF::RobotConnect can also be used to read signals from real robot controllers. This function is used for use in the virtual shadow.

RF::RobotConnect provides an interface to ABB, FANUC and KUKA robot controllers. The interface to the virtual system is ensured via a memory image (ShM or WinMod interface). This enables easy communication with the various robot controllers.

RF::PLCConnect provides an interface to Allen-Bradley PLCs, Phoenix PLCs, Siemens PLCs, Siemens Soft-PLC.

RF::AllenBradleyConnect

RF::Suite

RF::AllenBradleyConnect is the connection to real Allen-Bradley PLCs of RF::Suite.

With RF:: AllenBradleyConnect you can easily connect to real Allen-Bradley PLCs. This enables the integration of real PLC into the virtual commissioning.

Connecting the RF::FSBox

RF::Suite

RF::FSConnect is the connection to the RF::FSBox of RF::Suite.

RF::FSConnect makes it easy to connect to the RF::FSBox. This enables the integration of real PLC into the virtual commissioning.

RF::FSConnect can also be used to establish communication with the virtual PLC PLCSimAdvanced.

RF::PLCSimConnect

RF::Suite

RF::PLCSimConnect is the connection of the RF::Suite to the virtual PLC control PLCSim.

Using RF::PLCSimConnect a connection to the virtual PLC control can be easily established. This enables the integration of the virtual PLC controller PLCSim into the virtual commissioning.

RF::SimUnitConnect

RF::Suite

RF::SimUnitConnect is the connection of the RF::Suite to the simulation box "SimUnit" from Siemens.

Using RF::SimUnitConnect a connection to the "SimUnit" can easily be established. This enables the integration of real PLC controls into the virtual commissioning.

RF::SiemensRead

RF::Suite

RF::SiemensRead is the connection of the RF::Suite to real PLC controls from Siemens.

RF::SiemensRead can be used to easily establish a connection to the real PLC. This enables the integration of real PLC in the virtual shadow. RF::SiemensRead ensures that signals can be only read but not written.

RF::DS

RF::DS is the coupling tool for ShM memory images of RF::Suite.

Using RF::DS memory images can be easily coupled between different systems.

RF::DSServer is started on one of the systems which manages the memory images. On other systems memory images can then be easily accessed via RF::DSClient.

During virtual commissioning all applications can be easily distributed to several computers connected in a network.
